Delivery time is 3-4 days for France, 3-8 days for other destinations.

You can expect to receive your pair in around 2 months. Please note: pairs will not arrive before Christmas.

You have 30 days after receiving your order to make a return.

We can only accept pairs in their original condition and packaging, so please try them on indoors only, just long enough to make sure the size and style are right for you.

For customers in Europe

You have three return options:

Exchange (available only in the EU)
Exchange for a different size or model.

Store Credit (available only in the EU)
You’ll receive a store credit equal to the value of the returned product before discount, valid on moea.io.The credit will be issued once we receive and check your return.

Refund
Refunds are issued after we receive and verify your return. Returns are free with a prepaid label sent by email.

Only returns for a refund are possible.
At this time, we do not offer exchanges or store credit outside the EU.

Our shoes generally fit in a standard way, but if you find yourself between two sizes, we recommend choosing the larger size.

We have tested our products and vegan materials for over a year and they are as robust and durable as leather. Biomaterials have passed the flexibility and abrasion resistance tests and have shown their robustness with more than 50.000 cycles (same as leather).
