[Re]MoEa
[Re]MoEa is a repair service that lets you extend the life of your favorite sneakers by having them repaired by our partner shoemaker. You can choose from several repair options directly on our website by clicking here> Request a repair.
To benefit from our repair service :
1. Select the desired repairs on our website.
2. Receive a payment link by email.
3. Send your sneakers by post to our partner shoemaker or drop them off at the store (Levallois-Perret - 92300).

If you wish to make a repair request other than those we offer, please contact us at welcome@moea.io so that we can examine the request. Send us as many details and photos as possible so that we can properly study the repair to be made. We'll get back to you as soon as possible with a feasibility study and an estimate.
Our current offer applies only to MoEa pairs.
Once you've selected the repairs you'd like to make, you'll receive two packing slips by e-mail.
The first should be stuck to the shipping box, and the second should be slipped into the box for return delivery. You can then drop off the box with the pair to be repaired at a relay point.
Repair processing times vary between 10 and 15 working days. However, we have no control over delivery times (outward and return).
You will only be able to cancel your order if there is an error in the repair request or if you have not yet dropped it off at the delivery point. If this is the case, please contact us at welcome@moea.io so that we can take care of the return.
If you detect a fault, we advise you to contact us at welcome@moea.io. Please provide us with the repair number you will find in the confirmation email, and we will investigate your situation.

The Repair Bonus is an initiative under the AGEC law that gives you a discount on the cost of repairs. As a member of this program, MoEa offers you this discount automatically when you pay online. Find out more about the repair bonus
Second Life
Second Life is an innovative recycling program from MoEa. It allows you to give new life to your used sneakers by transforming them into new, unique pairs, while limiting the environmental impact associated with their end-of-life.
To participate, follow these steps:
1. Fill in the Second Life form by clicking on the button below.
2. Send us your old MoEa sneakers using a prepaid label.
3. Receive a 25% discount on your next pair of MoEa sneakers, as a thank you for your commitment.
Participate in the Second Life program
Recycling your sneakers is free of charge.
What's more, we'll give you a 25% discount on your next purchase as a thank-you for your participation.
Every year, 3.2 million tonnes of textiles and footwear are thrown away, then landfilled or incinerated (source: ADEME, 2022).
By taking part in the Second Life program, you're helping to :
- Reduce textile and footwear waste.
- Preserve natural resources by limiting the use of virgin materials.
- Promote a circular economy.
Only MoEa brand GEN1, GEN2, GEN3 and GEN4 sneakers are eligible for the Second Life program. This enables us to guarantee efficient material separation and optimal recycling.
Our technology does not currently allow us to upgrade bio-EVA soles to our standards. So GEN5, GEN6 and GEN7 sneakers are not included in the program. However, we're working to give them a second life too! In the meantime, you can either keep them at home, or drop them off at one of our Relais terminals (map available on request) here.
Sneakers from the Second Life program are unique, and their design is based on reclaimed materials. Although you can't choose a specific color or style, we guarantee a pair that's as aesthetically pleasing as it is functional.
As a brand aware of its impacts, MoEa is committed to reducing them at every stage of its products' life cycle.
Second Life meets two major challenges:
- Reducing waste and the destruction of reusable resources.
- Reducing the massive extraction of raw materials.
