Terms & Conditions of the “Win Your MoEa Sneakers” Contest

Article 1 – Organizer

MoEa, a simplified joint-stock company (SAS), having its registered office at 15 rue du Faubourg Saint-Antoine, 75011 Paris, France, registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number 889 548 657, hereinafter referred to as “the Organizer,” is organizing a free contest without any purchase obligation entitled “Win Your MoEa Sneakers” (hereinafter “the Contest”).

Article 2 – Eligibility

The Contest is open to any individual of legal age residing in the all world, excluding employees of the Organizer and any person directly or indirectly involved in the creation or execution of the Contest. Participation is limited to one entry per person (same name, email address, and/or social media account) for the entire duration of the Contest.

Article 3 – How to Enter

To participate, entrants must:

1. Follow the account @moea_sneakers on Instagram;

2. Respond to the message or complete the form according to the instructions provided;

3. Confirm their participation before the closing date indicated.

Any incomplete, illegible, or fraudulent entry will be considered invalid.

Article 4 – Duration

The Contest is open from 25/11/07 to 25/11/21 inclusive.

The Organizer reserves the right to modify these dates if necessary, without liability.

Article 5 – Winner Selection

One (1) winner will be drawn randomly from all valid entries at the end of the Contest.

The draw will take place on 25/11/22.
The winner will be contacted via private message on Instagram or Mail within 5 days following the draw. If the winner does not respond within 15 days, the prize may be awarded to another participant.

Article 6 – Prize

The prize for the Contest is as follows:

One (1) pair of MoEa sneakers with an approximate value of 189 € (including VAT).

The prize is non-exchangeable, non-refundable, and non-transferable. No cash alternative will be offered.

Article 7 – Liability

The Organizer cannot be held responsible for any Internet, platform, or technical issues preventing participation in the Contest.

The Organizer reserves the right to cancel, postpone, extend, or modify the Contest if circumstances require, without liability.

Article 8 – Personal Data

Information collected for the Contest is processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Data is used exclusively by MoEa for the management of the Contest and will not be sold or shared with third parties.

Participants have the right to access, correct, or delete their data by contacting: welcome@moea.io.

Article 9 – Acceptance of Terms

Participation in the Contest implies full acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Failure to comply with these rules will result in automatic disqualification.

Article 10 – Disputes

These terms are governed by French law.
Any disputes relating to the Contest must be submitted in writing to the Organizer’s address within 30 days of the Contest closing date.
