Environmental performance

This pair uses AppleSkin, a leather alternative developed from apple waste.

Its production generates, on average, 19x fewer CO₂ emissions than animal leather, while offering comparable durability and feel.

The production of the ORIGIN generates approximately 7.51 kg of CO₂e.

When your MoEa sneakers reach the end of their journey, don’t throw them away. Send them back to us. We cover the shipping costs.

J’aime beaucoup mes chaussures, même si j’ai parfois du mal à trouver ma taille chez eux. Ma première paire était en 39, ma pointure habituelle, mais elle me faisait mal au niveau des petits orteils. Pour ma deuxième paire, j’ai donc pris du 40 : c’est un peu grand, mais ça me convient finalement.

J’ai pu les acheter en soldes, car sinon ce n’est pas vraiment dans mon budget. Malgré cela, j’adore le concept de MoEa et je trouve l’idée géniale. Qu’ils continuent comme ça !

Beautiful sneakers, though they're not my favourite model of MoEa. I've also noticed that size 40 runs larger in this model than in the Echo model. It's just a bit bigger but I was able to keep them anyway.

It all begins in the orchards of South Tyrol, Italy. Apple residues collected from the food industry, are dried and ground into a fine powder before being mixed with a solvent-free binder. This paste is then applied to a recycled polyester and cotton backing.
The result? A flexible and durable material that transforms over 30,000 tons of annual agricultural waste in a factory powered by 100% renewable energy.
